Environmental Policy
Trade FIDES JSC comprehends the necessity to protect natural resources and the environment we are a component part of. We assume environmental policy as a long-term intention and responsibility of our company to all concerned parties - customers, suppliers, local authorities, employees and company owners, general public and the environment. The purpose of the responsibility is to continuously enhance the environmental management system of the company (EMS) and consequently, eliminate the burden on the environment caused by the company's activities. The environmental policy is conducted by utilization of all available means offered by the integrated system of the company management. The company prefers precautionary tools that prevent accidents; ensure safe manipulating with waste in the collecting and manipulation points. The company is also ready to effectively terminate arisen crisis situations in relation to the environment.
Environmental Policy in Relation to the Customers
In terms of entrepreneurial activities during the course of production as well as order implementation process, the company intends to use ecologically friendly and biologically degradable materials and processes that do not burden the environment with an excessive release of harmful substances during the course of production or operation. The company also intends to decrease energy, material and raw material consumption during the course of production by means of production modernization, maximum utilization and elimination of waste and pollutant formation and thus, to provide minimization of natural resource utilization. By doing so, the company decreases their customers' potential costs for removing adverse affects of purchasing and operating ecologically unfriendly products.

A quality, safe and friendly working environment enables healthy and happy employees to effectively use all resources and thus, provide the company owners with higher profits.

The Integrated Management System of the organization used within the environmental policy, has a positive impact on the quality of life of the employees, their safety and happiness within the organization.

Within its activities the company identifies and fully observes all legal and other legislative CZ and EU requirements for environment protection, work safety and health protection. The company endeavors to maintain balanced satisfaction of the customers, shareholders, employees and other interested parties.
The environmental policy of the company is classified into particular environmental goals that are measurable, reviewed at regular intervals and their fulfillment is regularly assessed. We consider protection of the environment controlled by means of the Integrated Management System, our competitive advantage.
